These terms and conditions are between Naturiou and all customers who order from Naturiou WebShop. All prices include 20% VAT. Please take the time to read our current terms of delivery before ordering.

 The following terms apply to all deliveries and services of Naturiou.

By placing an order the customer agrees on these terms. Naturiou reserves the right to change these terms from time to time without notice. All rights, obligations, offers, orders, and agreements entered into under these terms and conditions are subject exclusively to french law.

By placing an order on Naturiou's website the customer automatically agrees on Naturiou's terms and conditions.

2. Orders

Customers can order on Naturiou's e-shop. Directly after an order has been placed, the customer will receive an email to confirm the order including order details and the total costs. Naturiou reserves the right to refuse an order at any time which can result, for example, from one of the following:

• The product ordered is not in stock
• Naturiou's inability to obtain authorisation of payment
• The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

3. Prices

All prices on Naturiou's website are in Euros and inclusive VAT (Value Added Tax). As Naturiou is registered for VAT in France, your order will be charged at the applicable French VAT rate. Naturiou's VAT registration number is: FR3052262262 Prices listed on the internet do not include the shipping charge. A shipping charge will be added during the order process, depending  the product and location for your order.

 Naturiou is committed to secure your privacy.

All Naturiou customer information is confidential and we do not store your banking details or credit card information.

All personal information will be used exclusively by Naturiou and will not be disclosed to third parties unless necessary for payment transactions, order delivery or assisting fraud prevention.

For each visitor to Naturiou's website, Naturiou's web server automatically recognizes and stores information, such as the visitor's IP address/domain name combination and any referring websites. We use this information to understand visitor traffic patterns through Naturiou's website for purposes such as enhancing their usability.

6. Return and exchange 

Please, check your order after delivery. When you are buying from our WebShop you may return and exchange the product within 14 days in accordance with the European Consumer Protection Act.

Before returning any product, please contact us either by email contact@naturiou.fr for further return instructions.

The products must be unused, unwashed, in new, salable condition and in original packaging. Warranty, when applicable, does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or deterioration due to neglect.

We do not accept returned items shipped C.O.D. Any approved warranty item received which is broken, washed, dirty or otherwise unsalable will be assessed and charged a minimum 20% of the original price.

We happily accept returns from abroad, however, customer is responsible for initial and return postage and applicable fees, tariffs and duties. Please add the following information to all returns:

7. Liability 

Naturiou has made every effort to display all information on its website as accurate as possible. However Naturiou reserves the right to refuse orders where the information, including prices and promotions, has been mis-published. Naturiou is not liable for consequences arising from incomplete or incorrect information on its website. Naturiou cannot be held responsible for product deviations due to photo or monitor quality.

11. Customer Feedback

Customers can submit comments or reviews about the products on Naturiou's website. However Naturiou cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of these customer reviews.
