Kinderkraft déconseille d'utiliser un autre matelas que celui fourni avec le lit Neste Up 2, ou de placer un deuxième matelas sur le matelas d'origine, car il y a un risque de suffocation.
L’épaisseur d'un matelas pour bébé est un critère sans importance. Les bébés ne pèsent pas lourd, peu importe que le matelas fasse 2, 5 ou 8 cm d’épaisseur. Pour la sécurité de bébé, le matelas doit être ferme. Et c'est le cas du matelas du lit Neste Up 2 de Kinderkraft.
Le lit Neste Up 2 convient à bébé jusqu'à ce qu'il sache s'asseoir tout seul.
